Chief Executive Officer
Alexander is the founder and strategic leader of Tōshi Partners. With more than eight years of experience in U.S. residential real estate, he has participated in acquiring, improving, owning and operating properties across multiple rental strategies.
At Tōshi Partners, Alexander leads company vision, investment direction, property strategy and high-level investor relationships.
Chief Financial Officer
Zachary oversees financial planning, performance analysis and long-term financial decision-making across the Tōshi Partners platform.
He helps evaluate portfolio economics, property-level assumptions and the financial implications of operating decisions. Zachary also supports English-language investor communication and cross-border coordination.
Lending Director
Sam supports the financing stage of the investor journey. He helps investors understand available lending pathways and coordinates relevant financing conversations based on the investor, property and proposed ownership structure.
Chief Design Officer
Tri leads design direction for Tōshi Partners properties. He focuses on creating functional, distinctive and guest-ready environments suited to the property's audience and operating strategy.
Operations Director
Chloe supports operating systems, project coordination and cross-team execution. She helps translate company priorities into organized implementation.
Portfolio Manager
Hanna manages portfolio workflows, investor follow-up, property information, documentation and partner coordination. She connects investor-facing activities with the people responsible for property execution and ongoing operations.
