Our Story
Tōshi Partners was created to help investors make better decisions about U.S. real estate and remain supported after the transaction.
The company grew from firsthand experience acquiring, renovating, furnishing and operating residential properties in the United States.
Through this work, the team saw that international investors often faced a larger challenge than finding a property. They needed reliable local information, coordinated execution and capable people after closing.
